The Küpper café, not far from the church and town hall, should definitely be visited in Güstrow. The cakes there are incredibly delicious, the service was very friendly and in summer the cozy inner courtyard is also attractive.

We went to Güstrow for a stroll through town. Thank goodness we were there very early so that we still got a place. The tea was very good and so were the cakes. I had the apple and poppy seed cake. Mhhhhhh delicious

Basically no schischi or unnecessary frippery on the plate and therefore I think: You have to be very sure about his performance to bring this outstanding quality so unfussy on the plate ... I refuse to go to Güstrow and not visit Cafe Küpper. Sitting in the back garden in the sun, watching my fork glide through a delicious Marzipan-Kirsch Torte, or perhaps a Himbeer-Quark, is my idea of heaven. There can be no better place for Kaffee und Kuchen.
